Looking for a classy, cool, and comfy hotel to stay at in Fort Wayne? The Bradley (as in “Vera Bradley”), a stunning boutique hotel, is all of the above. The hotel is full of vibrant patterns and bold artwork, plus a rooftop bar, a coffee bar, a nice dining area, and did I mention the cool art?
The Bradley was founded and designed by Barbara Bradley Baekgaard, the co-founder of the brand Vera Bradley, and built in her home town of Fort Wayne. As a result, the hotel is a true treasure of design. (As a lover of interior design, I came out of the hotel thinking, “I want a house like that.”)
Amenities
WiFi: The Bradley offers free WiFi for all guests.
Bikes: If you want to explore Fort Wayne on bike, The Bradley will gladly loan you one.
Pets: The Bradley is a pet-friendly hotel, and they offer amenities for your pet, such as treats, a bed, and a list of local resources
Fitness center: The Bradley has a fitness center featuring work out equipment to help you stay healthy during your stay.
Dining
The Bradley has two options for dining: a rooftop bar and a restaurant on the ground level, as well as a coffee bar.
Arbor: Located on the ground floor, this Italian-American restaurant features classic dishes made from high quality ingredients. Just like the rest of the hotel, the atmosphere is relaxing, giving guests a classic yet modern dining experience.
Birdie’s: The Bradley’s rooftop bar is a great place to chill with your friends and enjoy the view of Fort Wayne. From classic cocktails to unforgettable eats, Birdie’s is a must-do experience at The Bradley.
Aside from Arbor and Birdie’s, The Bradley also offers private dining experiences to their guests for events or fancy dinners.
Rooms
The rooms at The Bradley are built with a cozy art deco design, perfect for relaxation after a long day. Even the most basic rooms are brimming with charm.
The Bradley has several options, from rooms to suites. Whichever one you choose, you will experience the equally unforgettable charm of the hotel.
The Deluxe Room is one of the cheapest options, but “cheap” in no way means “less quality.” The Deluxe Room was honestly one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. It was cozy and stylish, exuding Midwestern warmth.
The Deluxe Room comes with a TV, a choice of one king bed or two queen beds, a desk and a writing desk and chair, plus a mini fridge.
Even The Bradley’s hotel cards are super chic!
Other
Parking
The Bradley offers valet parking for hotel guests at a cost of $25 per day. Self parking is also available, at $15 a day.
Art Gallery
Remember when I said The Bradley was full of cool art? They even have an art gallery, featuring two exhibitions a year!
Conclusion
The Bradley is a wonderful hotel to stay at in Indiana, capturing the essence of the vibrant town of Fort Wayne. Whether you’re staying for a night or for a week, you’re sure to come out of your stay refreshed, and wishing you could come back sometime soon.
